Sophie's Street Feast 2025: The ultimate street food celebration returns for a third year!

Press • Feb 2025

The ultimate celebration of street food, community and charity is back! Sophie’s Street Feast returns on Sunday 31st August 2025, promising an unmissable day filled with mouth-watering cuisine and vibrant entertainment from delicious local vendors and talented musicians. The event will once again take place from 11am to 4pm at Milton Keynes Discovery Centre.

Now entering its third year, Sophie’s Street Feast has established itself as a must-attend highlight of the local events calendar, drawing over 3,000 visitors in 2024. This year, alongside host partner charity Toybox, the event will also be supporting two local organisations – The Urb Farm and Urban Bee-lievers.

The Urb Farm is a thriving horticultural social enterprise in Wolverton, growing high-quality, chemical-free produce for the local community, while offering valuable training opportunities to young people. Meanwhile, Urban Bee-lievers is on a mission to make Milton Keynes a bee-friendly city - educating the community on conservation through hands-on workshops and sustainable initiatives. Toybox, based in Bletchley, work with street children worldwide through projects focused on birth registration, education, and health and wellbeing. Every meal enjoyed at Sophie’s Street Feast will help support these three incredible causes.

Sarah Mist, Enterprise Manager at Urban Bee-lievers said,

"The Urb Farm and Urban Bee-lievers are so excited to have been chosen as a charity partner for this year's Sophie's Street Feast. We know the importance of not only growing fresh delicious vegetables for the local community to nourish their bodies, but the importance of sharing this knowledge with the young people that work and learn at the Urb Farm. This is a perfect match with the Toybox-supported project in Kenya teaching and equipping young people to grow their own food and tread lightly on the planet wherever possible."
