Toybox's new Autumn prayer guide for 2025 is now available!
In this edition, we give thanks that justice has finally been brought about, with six officials being found guilty over the deaths of 41 girls in a terrible fire that took place in 2017 in a Guatemalan state shelter.
We are also proud to share with you that Pendekezo Letu, our partner in Kenya, served as the lead implementing organisation for the 2nd National Census of Street Families 2025 in Nairobi County. Their street outreach team was deeply involved in active participation and leadership at all levels, ensuring that every street child in Nairobi was seen, counted and understood. We pray that this census will help to elevate the visibility and rights of street families, so that future interventions are truly impactful and reflective of their diverse needs, ultimately leading to more dignified lives and greater social inclusion.
In November, we mark World Children’s Day and give thanks that over the last year more than 1,200 children have been reached through the Education Centres run by our partner CHETNA in India and 569 children have become regular participants.
Our prayer guide is released quarterly and this edition takes us through October, November and December 2025.
