Bill is an International CFO, with 30-year career in US and UK high tech companies. Bill brings a skillset covering Strategic Direction and Planning; Treasury Management and strong Financial Leadership.
Carina has almost 20 years’ experience working in online retail, managing consumer brands and the user experience. She is currently the CEO of a digital retail marketing and consulting agency eCommerce Nurse, which she founded in 2017. Carina brings a strong commercial background in digital, branding, marketing and advertising. After spending eight years living in Costa Rica, and travelling Latin America, she saw the extreme disadvantages children have in certain parts of the world and wanted to support a charity that strives for change and justice.
David joins the Board with extensive experience in international development, humanitarian relief and advocacy. He has worked worked for World Vision in Angola, Switzerland and Costa Rica and is currently the Director of Policy and Programmes for World Vision UK. He believes passionately that real change for children demands strong and innovative local level programming that links local level advocacy with national and global policy change.

Jamie has almost 2 decades experience working in financial markets and investment banking with placements in the UK, Asia and Europe. He brings a strong background of investment advice to some of the world’s largest investment banks and financial institutions, and is currently a director at Daiwa Capital Market. Jamie also has an active role in property development and investment in the UK.
Kudzi is a business leader with a solid accounting background and over 15 years of experience spanning the charity, financial services, and education sectors. He is passionate about working with children and contributing to the development and management of innovative programmes workig with children and young people in street situations across Latin America, Asia, and Africa.
Vikki joins the Board with over a decade of expertise in project and financial management within complex international development and research programmes. With a track record of success collaborating with diverse partners and navigating various institutional donors and funders, including the UK government, EC, and USAID. Driven by a passion for facilitating social, economic, and health advancements across communities, Vikki specialises in programme management, contractual compliance, financial monitoring and budgeting, strategic planning, and providing short-term technical support. Her career spans across challenging and fragile environments, including South Sudan, Kenya, Pakistan, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, and India.
Myles has spent the last 30 years in programmes, operations and strategy for International NGOs, living and working in six countries across Asia, Africa and Australasia, before returning to the UK. Myles brings a passion for maximising impact, and bringing sustainable change through supporting teams and partners while keeping bureaucracy to a minimum.
Louise is a chartered legal executive with 15 years’ experience in senior legal, governance and risk roles across national and international charities including Oxfam and the Methodist Church in Great Britain. In these roles Louise has supported Boards and Leadership Teams to strengthen governance, manage complex risks, and develop clear decision‑making frameworks. Alongside her executive work, Louise has served as a non‑executive director on an insurance company board and as a Trustee of Methodist charities, contributing to strategy development and oversight of organisational performance. Louise has a strong commitment to integrity and accountability, and is passionate about utilising her skills and knowledge to improve the lives of children and vulnerable communities around the world.
